Terms of use

Noongil LLC provides the Duran mobile assistant. These terms cover the mobile app, not a separately contracted private enterprise deployment or the speech.duran.ai website. The app lets you talk to an assistant, search, view content, generate images, and manage memories and reminders.

Accounts and responsible use

Duran is intended for people aged 18 or older worldwide. You can sign in with Apple or Google. Keep access to your account secure, and do not submit another person's private information without permission. Availability of particular features or purchases may vary by country or store. You must use the service lawfully and must not use it to deceive, harass, or harm others.

AI can make mistakes

Answers, search results, generated images, and spoken summaries can be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Check primary sources or a qualified professional before relying on them for medical, legal, financial, or other important decisions. External sites shown in the app may have their own terms.

Actions and reminders

For actions such as creating, changing, or deleting reminders, Duran may ask you to clarify or confirm what you want. Delivery of a phone notification also depends on your permission and device settings. Check the app's confirmed state rather than assuming an action succeeded because the assistant said it would try.

Subscription and top-ups

Duran is a paid service from the start. There is no free trial or freemium allowance. The monthly subscription gives you ongoing access to the cloud assistant and 1,500 credits for usage during each paid billing period. It renews automatically every month unless you cancel through the app store. The full price in your local currency appears in the app and on the store purchase sheet before you confirm; the store's displayed price governs the charge. Canceling stops future renewals but does not immediately end access for a period you have already paid for.

Unused credits included with a monthly subscription expire at the end of that billing period. You may buy a separate, one-time 500-credit top-up after your subscription is active. Top-up credits do not have a scheduled expiry date, but you need an active subscription to spend them. Credits are usage units, not cash. The app shows your balance and usage history so you can review charges against credits.

You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple or Google account settings. Deleting your Duran mobile-app account does not automatically cancel an app-store subscription; cancel it separately to avoid future renewals. Purchases and refund requests are handled through the store where you bought them, subject to that store's rules and applicable law. If a store reverses or refunds a purchase, the corresponding entitlement or unused credits may be adjusted so the balance reflects the transaction.

Availability and changes

Some requests may be delayed, interrupted, or unavailable because of network, device, store, or outside-service issues. We may change features or credit rates over time. The app will show the applicable offer and usage information before you make a new purchase; a change will not silently increase a completed purchase price. If a change materially affects your paid service, we will provide notice as required by the store rules and applicable law.

Read the mobile-app privacy policy to understand data handling. The account-deletion page explains how to request deletion of the mobile-app account. That request does not remove the shared sign-in identity or speech.duran.ai access and data.
