Delete your Duran mobile-app account

In the app

1. Sign in to the Duran mobile app.
2. Open Settings → Account → Delete account.
3. Read what will be deleted and what may remain, then confirm your request.
4. If prompted, verify your identity again with Apple or Google. You can then view the request's progress in the app.

Can't sign in?

Email an account-deletion request

Tell us that you want to delete your Duran mobile-app account. We will verify that the account is yours and explain the next step. Do not send a password, one-time code, or payment-card number. Sending an email does not automatically delete the account.

What this request covers

The mobile-app profile and its associated saved memories, reminders, and generated images in Duran-managed storage are removed. Because sign-in is shared, this request leaves your shared sign-in identity and speech.duran.ai access and data intact. We retain only the purchase, credit, refund, security, and deletion records needed to reconcile transactions or disputes, meet accounting or legal obligations, prevent fraud or repeated grants, and enforce your deletion request. We remove or de-identify those records when those needs end.

Duran cannot retrieve or erase copies of images or files you saved to your own device or shared elsewhere.

Cancel a subscription separately

Deleting your mobile-app account does not stop an automatically renewing App Store or Google Play subscription. Review and cancel it in the relevant store's subscription settings if needed.
