Tell us what you were trying to do, roughly when the issue happened, and your phone and app version if you know them. Never send a password, one-time code, or payment-card number.
Report a problem in the app
Open Settings → Legal → Report an issue. You can review and edit what will be sent. Duran does not automatically attach your full conversation history.
